Emails and enquiries

When you request either First Steps or Designing a Life After Work, we store your first name, email address, which guide you requested and the date to provide access to the guide. If you separately choose fortnightly emails, we also record that choice and its date. Guide requests alone do not subscribe you to those updates. For other enquiries, we use your details to reply.

Your details will not be sold. You may ask for your information to be corrected or deleted, or ask not to receive further updates, by emailing mark@thinkmiracle.org.

Website operation

Guide requests are stored in the website’s database for now. Payments are handled by Stripe. For One Hour with Mark, we also store the contact details you provide after payment in the website database so Mark can arrange your conversation. When an email service is introduced, this notice will be updated to identify it before transferring newsletter subscribers.

Health information

Please do not send sensitive medical information through an ordinary email enquiry. Mark shares personal reflection and practical material and is not a medical or emergency service.

Cookies and external links

Some necessary technical information may be used to deliver the website. Links to YouTube, Amazon and social media lead to external services with their own privacy and cookie practices.
