Where am I now?
An honest assessment of what is working, what is missing and what you want to change.
A Restless Heart. A Peaceful Mind. · €195
ThinkMiracle is my seven-week programme within A Restless Heart. A Peaceful Mind. It brings together my original teachings, weekly material, practical exercises and two live 45-minute group Zoom sessions with me in Weeks 2 and 7.

The original philosophy, brought forward
The programme grew from what I learned while moving through my own personal hell and rebuilding my life. It was deliberately designed to require a manageable amount of time each week, while asking for something more important: an honest willingness to change.
This is not about going through the motions or promising instant transformation. It is about laying foundations, trying the practices and taking responsibility for the next part of your life.

How it will work
Each week will include guided reading or video, a practical exercise and supporting material. Work through each week at your own pace and make time to put the exercises into practice.
In Weeks 2 and 7, the group will meet Mark on Zoom for 45 minutes. These are group sessions for reflection, guidance and questions. They are not individual consultations.
You will receive confirmation, the programme dates, access to the weekly materials and details for the two group Zoom sessions.

ThinkMiracle is designed to fit around real life. Each week introduces a new area to explore, with material and practical exercises to apply to your own life.
